1. What is your return & exchange policy?

For stock products: If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, You can return & exchange but you need keep its original status and contact us firstly.

For Custom orders: The custom products are final sale, no return & exchange acceped.

2. Can I place custom order?

Yes, you can place a custom order on Sherogaga, please check the instructions below:

First you can check our website for the item you would like to purchase, to find the perfect base size, or construction base you like. If you cannot find any, please save some pictures for reference.

Then send your requests for color, length, density, base size or item SKU, cap construction and any photos if you want a custom color to [email protected], and will provide a quote for you.

If the color you are going to customized is complicated, contact us to get more guides to place the order.

3. How do I apply for exclusive wholesale price?

For wholesalers with monthly orders of up to 50 units, please submit the wholesale application form or contact us to get access to wholesale price and support from an exclusive customer service.

4. How to get a sample?

You contact our customer service to get a sample with competetive price.

5. Can I dropship from Sheogaga? 

Yes, Sherogaga is currently running a dropship program for small business owners. With no inventory holding, you can start a hair business with low risks. Check out our guidance on how to start a hair business to explore. Submit the Dropship Application Form to apply or contact us directly.

6. Do you require any order minimum quantity? 

No minimum order quantity is required.  We understand that customers need to place test orders or sample orders first.  One test order or sample order is acceptable. We would like to give special offer for your first trial order.

7. How long for a custom order to be ready? 

Because of different techniques for different base design. The process time for regular custom order:

Silk base: 20-25 working days 

Mono base: 30-35 working days 

Skin base: 20-25 working days

Yes, but with extra charge. 5 days less for rush order.
